IN GOD WE TRUST

  
  TREATY CREATING THE UNITED STATES OF AUSTRALIA  
       
  WHEREAS:    
  A. By Proclamation of Annexation made on the 28th day of June in the Year of Our Lord, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Ninety-Five, the Prince of Caledonia did acknowledge and confirm that the confirm that the crown in the right of the Colonies of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania and the ‘Commonwealth of Australia’ had abdicated government; that the defacto governments of the colonies of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania and the ‘Commonwealth of Australia’ had been dissolved by operation of law, and that on and from that date, the citizens of the colonies and territories comprising the ‘Commonwealth of Australia’ have been absolved of any allegiance thereto.  
  B. By Proclamation Creating the duchy Bank of Albany made on the 6th day of August, in the Year of Our Lord, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Ninety Five, the Prince of Caledonia did acknowledge and confirm that in the Year of Our Lord, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Ninety Four, the Crown in Right of the Government of England and Wales, abdicated its temporal sovereignty, if any, over the Colonies of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania and the ‘Commonwealth of Australia’, and the Principalities of Hutt River, Mogilno Springs, Caledonia, Runnymede, The Highlanders, The Hebrides, brougham, Marlborough and Ausfreeborough, and that the temporal sovereignty, if any, was dissolved by operation of law and the citizens of the said Colonies and Principalities were absolved of any allegiance thereto.  
  C. By Proclamation of Annexation made on the 25th day of December in the Year of Our Lord, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Ninety-Five, the Prince of Caledonia asserted that he was the chosen Viceroy of Almighty God to Stand in the shoes pf Mrs. Elizabeth Guelf, to make provision to establish constitutional government in the Australian Colonies and territories and did, in that capacity, appoint His Eminence the Prince of Runnymede, Prince Anthony Thomas Rigg, His Eminence the Prince of The Highlanders, Prince Wilfred Vernon Taylor, His Eminence the Prince of the Hebrides, Prince Denis Wilfred Collins, His Eminence the Prince of Brougham, Prince Ralph Brian Smithers, His Eminence the Prince of Marlborough, Prince George Arthur Muirhead (who has declined to accept his appointment), and His Eminence the Prince of Ausfreeborough, Prince Joseph Richard Bryant, as joint Governors of the Colonies of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania, and the Territories comprising the ‘Commonwealth of Australia’, with powers, inter alia, to restore representative constitutional government to the Colonies and Territories.  
  D. By Declaration of Independence made the 10th day of September in the Year of Our Lord, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Ninety-Eight, John Graham Anderson did found a new independent Principality named the ‘Commonwealth of Australia’, appoint himself as Prince Palatine thereof and found a new independent bank named the ‘Commonwealth Bank of Australia’.  
  E. There is a need to found a Treaty Nation to facilitate and co-ordinate the restitution of representative constitutional government to the Australian Colonies and Territories.  
       
  NOW THEREFORE. WE, Prince John Graham Anderson by his Prince Regent, Prince Edward James Renton, Prince Anthony Thomas Rigg, Prince Wilfred Vernon Taylor, Prince Denis Wilfred Collins, Prince Ralph Brian Smithers and Prince Joseph Richard Bryant, in humble submission to Almighty God, in reliance upon the Divine Revelations of the Prophets Moses and Muhammed, and in reliance upon the Grace of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.  
       
  DO, BY THIS TREATY, AGREE AS FOLLOWS:  
  1. The Colonies of New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, and the Territories comprising the ‘Commonwealth of Australia’ hereby form a Treaty Nation to be named the United States of Australia.  
  2. The Constitution of the United States of Australia shall comprise the Laws of God, the true profession of the Gospel, and the Molmutine Law; and so much of the Charters, Constitutional Enactments and Common Law of England, Great Britain, the United Kingdom and Australia; and so much of the Charters, Declarations, Covenants and Laws of the United Nations; as discover and uphold the Natural Law.  
  3. The Australian Colonies and Territories shall remain independent sovereign states, provided that they hereby cede to the Government of the United States of Australia; power to make laws for the peace, welfare and good government of the Colonies and Territories, with respect to:  
    (a) the administration of justice in matters relating to this Treaty;  
    (b) the military defence of the Colonies and Territories;  
    (c) banking, other than Colonial and Territorial banking; and  
    (d) foreign affairs.  
  4. To provide a national identity for the Australian Colonies and Territories, whilst preserving their political independence, they shall assume the name, flag and great seal of the Principality known as the Commonwealth of Australia, as though they were citizens thereof.  
  5. The Principality known as the Commonwealth of Australia hereby annexes all the assets and undertakings of the defunct former defacto government of the ‘Commonwealth of Australia’ not already annexed by the Principalities of Caledonia, Marlborough, Ausfreeborough, The Hebrides, Runnymede, Brougham, The Highlanders and the Commonwealth of Brittania, including the following:­-  
    (a) the name and style of the Crown in Sovereignty of the ‘United Kingdom’ insofar as the same is or was applicable to Australia;  
    (b) the traditional Great Seal of the Commonwealth of Australia;  
    (c) the traditional Coat of Arms of the Commonwealth of Australia;  
    (d) the traditional National Anthem of the Commonwealth of Australia;  
    (e) the traditional National Flag of the Commonwealth of Australia;  
    (f) such of the Laws, Customs and Institutions of the Commonwealth of Australia as are consistent with and not repugnant to the Laws of God, the true profession of the Gospel and the Natural Law; and  
    (g) such of the Treaties, Laws of the League of Nations and the Laws of the United Nations as are consistent with and not repugnant to the Laws of God, the true profession of the Gospel and the Natural Law.  
  6. The interim government of the United States of Australia shall comprise:-­  
    (a)

Prince Wilfred Vernon Taylor as interim President with power to restore   representative constitutional government.

  
    (b) Prince Joseph Richard Bryant as interim Prime Minister, with power to appoint and supervise a Constitutional Convention to settle the Constitution of Australia;  
    (c) Prince Ralph Brian Smithers as interim Treasurer, with power to create a constitutional banking system;  
    (d) Prince John Graham Anderson as interim Minister for Defence, with power to integrate and develop the regular and irregular defence forces of Australia;  
    (e) Prince Anthony Thomas Rigg as interim Minister for Industrial Development, with power to develop the defence industries of Australia;  
    (f) Prince Edward James Renton as interim Lord High Chancellor, with power to preserve the Laws of the Constitution and exercise the dormant commission; and  
    (g) Prince Denis Wilfred Collins as interim Minister for Foreign Affairs, with the power to enter treaties on behalf of Australia.  
  7. The central bank of the United States of Australia shall be the aforesaid Commonwealth Bank of Australia. The interim Governors of the Bank shall comprise the Ministers of State in the interim Government of the United States of Australia.  
  8. The interim governors of the Colony of New South Wales acknowledge that the Commonwealth of Brittania did by Proclamation made the 6th day of September in the Year of Our Lord, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Ninety-Eight, annex all the right, title and interest vested in a statutory corporation known as the Sydney Organising Committee for the Olympic Games, including the right, title and interest thereof in the Host City Contract signed in Monaco on September 23rd, 1993.  
  9. The interim government of the United States of Australia acknowledges that it intends to enter into a Treaty with the Commonwealth of British Israel to form a Treaty Nation.  
 

MADE this 26th day of April in the Year of Our Lord,
One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine.
