	In God We Trust Treaty Relating To The Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis

WHEREAS: A. By Treaty made the twentieth day of December, in the Year of Our Lord, Two thousand and One, the State of Sherwood merged into the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis, and ceased to exist as a separate legal entity. B. The Parties hereto are desirous of adopting measures to introduce representative government to the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis. NOW, THEREFORE ,WE The Crown and de jure Government of the Principality of Caledonia, The Crown and de jure Government of the Principality of Ausfreeborough, The Crown and de jure Government of the Principality of The Hebrides, The Crown and de jure Government of the Principality of Runnymede, The Crown and de jure Government of the Principality of The Highlanders, The Crown and de jure Government of the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis, The Crown and de jure Government of the United States of Australia, The Crown and de jure Government of the Commonwealth of British Israel. and His Excellency, Governor Neal Lyster, humbly relying upon the blessings of Almighty God, being guided by the Voice of God through Natural Reason: DO HEREBY AGREE as follows: 1 Caledonia Australis to Join British Israel: 1.1 From the date hereof, the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis shall be a member Nation of the Commonwealth of British Israel, 2 Abdication of Dr. David Siminton: 2.1 The Proclamation made the Twenty-second day of December, in the Year of Our Lord, Two thousand and One, by the Prince of Caledonia, declaring that Dr. David Siminton had abdicated the Office of Governor of the State of Sherwood, is hereby ratified. 3 Appointment of Interim Governor: 3.1 The Proclamation made the Second day of September, in the Year of Our Lord, Two thousand and One, by the Prince of Caledonia, appointing Neal Lyster as Governor of the State of Sherwood, is hereby ratified. Provided however, that Recital E and the reference to Dr. David Siminton as joint Governor of the State of Sherwood, are hereby declared nugatory. 3.2 His Excellency Governor Neal Lyster is hereby appointed as the interim Governor of Caledonia Australis, subject to the sovereignty of Prince John Anderson as the representative of the Crown in sovereignty of the Realm of Great Britain. The diplomatic privileges and immunities certified by the Prince of Caledonia shall continue to apply to Governor Lyster. 3.3 His Excellency Governor Lyster hereby accepts appointment as interim Governor of the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis, and irrevocably covenants with the Crown and de jure Government of the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis, and the citizens of the Commonwealth, their heirs and successors, to perform the covenants set-out in the Proclamation Creating the State of Sherwood, made the Eighteenth day of August, in the Year of Our Lord, Two thousand, as if those covenants referred to Governor Lyster and the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis. 4 Formation of Interim Steering Committee: 4.1 His Excellency Governor Lyster shall forthwith form an interim Steering Committee to oversee the introduction of representative government to the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis. 4.2 governor Lyster shall, with the consent of Prince John Anderson, appoint the initial members of the interim Steering Committee. The appointment of the initial members of the interim Steering Committee shall be subject to ratification by the citizens of the Caledonia Australis. 4.3 The interim Steering Committee shall operate as near as practicable In accordance with the modus operandi set-out in the Memorandum from Mr. Steve Lamb dated the 26^th day of November, in the Year of Our Lord, Two thousand and One. Provided however, that the interim Steering Committee shall have no powers or authority in respect to the Principality of Caledonia or the Royal Bank of Caledonia. 4.4 His Excellency, Governor Lyster, shall have lawful authority to implement the recommendations set-out in the Memorandum from Mr. Ross Ruby dated the Eighteenth day of December, in the Year of Our Lord, Two thousand and One. Provided however, that Governor Lyster shall have no powers or authority in respect to the Principality of Caledonia or the Royal Bank of Caledonia. 4.5 His Excellency, Governor Lyster, shall administer the Government of the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis with the advice and consent of the Interim Steering Committee. Provided however, that Prince John Anderson shall have lawful authority to veto by Proclamation under his Royal Sign Manual, any unlawful exercise of powers by Governor Lyster. 5 The Caledonia Website: 5.1 The website, http://www.principalityofcaledonia.com/, shall be registered in the Name of the Prince of Caledonia as proprietor and Mr. Mark Eling the Webmaster. 5.2 The interim Steering Committee shall pay the costs of maintaining the Website and the professional fees of the Webmaster, until the Principality of Caledonia is capitalised. 6 The Principality of Camelot: 6.1 In recognition of the British heritage of the citizens of the Principality of Ausfreeborough, the Crown and de jure Government of the Principality of Ausfreeborough hereby changes the name of the Principality to the Principality of Camelot.
