Treaty Relating To The State Of Sherwood

^WHEREAS:

^A.

^{In recent times questions have been risen relating to the status of the Prince of Ponderosa, the Prince of Barrecourt and the Prince of Tyrone as Princes of the Realm of Great Britain, as follows:}

^(a)

^{Virgilo Joseph Rigoli has taken himself under the protection of the de funct "Government of the Commonwealth of Australia" , in contravention of the Statute of Elizabeth 1, 1558,}

^(b)

^{Little Joseph Rigoli has contravened the Laws of God, namely, Deuteronomy 17: 15-20,}

^(c)

^{Brian Charles Fyffe has contravened the Laws of God, namely, the Koran,  9: 12,14.}

^B.

^{In recent times questions have arisen relating to the status of the State of Sherwood, as follows:}

^(a)

^{The State of Sherwood has not been administrated as an ecclesiastical sovereignty, providing legal inviolability to a Religious Community, but as a temporal sovereignty, without imposing any religious qualification upon citizenship : Exodus,12:43,48}

^(b)

^{False statements have been made on behalf of the State of Sherwood that the Principality of Caledonia has annexed the whole of the National Estate of Australia , and the National Estates of England and the United States of America , which statements impute contraventions of International Law : Exodus 23:1}

^C.

^{The Parties hereto are desirous of resolving these questions and providing for additional matters.}

^{NOW, THEREFORE ,WE}

^{The Crown and de jure Government of the Principality of Caledonia,}

^{The Crown and de jure Government of the Principality of Marlborough,}

^{The Crown and de jure Government of the Principality of Ausfreeborough,}

^{The Crown and de jure Government of the Principality of The Hebrides,}

^{The Crown and de jure Government of the Principality of Runnymede,}

^{The Crown and de jure Government of the Principality of Brougham,}

^{The Crown and de jure Government of the Principality of The Highlanders,}

^{The Crown and de jure Government of the Principality called The Commonwealth of Australia (hereinafter  called : The Commonwealth of Australia),}

^{The Crown and de jure Government of the United States of Australia,}

^{The Crown and de jure Government of the Commonwealth of British Israel.}

^{The Government of the State of Sherwood,}

^{Humbly relying upon the blessings of Almighty God, being guided by the Voice of God through Natural Reason :}

^{DO HEREBY AGREE as follows:}

^{Treaty dated 29th September, 1998:}

^1.1

^{Article 3 of  the Treaty dated 29th September,1998,is hereby revoked.}

^{Treaty dated 3rd March,1999:}

^{Article 5 of the Treaty dated 3rd March,1999,is hereby revoked.}

^{Treaty dated 27th April,1999:}

^3.1

^{Articles 2 and 4 of the Treaty dated 27th April,1999, are hereby revoked.}

^{Treaty dated 26th September,1999:}

^{Article 8 of the Treaty dated 26th September,1999, and the recognition of Virgilio Joseph Rigoli in Article 18, are hereby revoked.}

^5.

^{Instrument of Accession dated 23rd August,2000 :}

^5.1

^{The appointment of the Prince of Barrecourt in the Instrument of Accession dated 23rd August,2000,is hereby revoked.}

^6.

^{Melbourne Agreement , dated 26th August,2000 :}

^6.1

^{The authentic text of the Melbourne Agreement dated 26th August,2000,shall be the text corrected and initialled by the Prince of Caledonia,}

^6.2

^{From the date hereof, the Australian Military Tribunal, provided for in Article 1 of the Melbourne Agreement, shall be known as the Australian War Crimes Tribunal,}

^6.3

^{From the date hereof, the powers conferred by Articles 2 and 3 of the Melbourne Agreement, shall be exercised to the exclusion of the Government of the Principality of Ponderosa,}

^6.4

^{From the date hereof, for the Government of the Royal Protectorate, referred to in Article 5 of the Melbourne Agreement, there shall be Substituted the Government of the United States of Australia,}

^6.5

^{Article 7 of the Melbourne Agreement is herby revoked.}

^7.

^{Charter of the Australian Military Tribunal, dated 13th February,2001:}

^7.1

^{The authentic text of the Charter of the Australian Military Tribunal, Dated 13th February,2001, shall be the text corrected and initialled by the Prince of Caledonia,}

^7.2

^{From the date hereof, the powers conferred by Articles 2, 3, 11 and 23 of the Charter of the Australian Military Tribunal shall be exercised  to the exclusion of the Government of the Principality of Ponderosa}

^8.

^{Proclamation Relating to the Assumed and Usurped Sovereignty of the Major War Criminals of the Australian Axis over the People of Australia, dated 10th September,2001:}

^8.1

^{The Proclamation Relating to the Assumed and Usurped Sovereignty of the Major War Criminals of the Australian Axis over the People of Australia, dated 10th September,2001 is hereby ratified.}

^9.

^{Proclamation Creating the State of Sherwood, dated 18th August,2000:}

^9.1

^{Paragraphs 2, 3, 6, 7 and 9 of the Proclamation Creating the State of Sherwood, dated 18th August,2000 are hereby deemed void abinito,}

^9.2

^{Paragraph 10 of the Proclamation (other than the power to confer}

^{Citizenship of the State of Sherwood), and paragraph 11( c ), are hereby}

^{deemed void abinito,}

^9.3

^{From the date  hereof, the State of Sherwood  shall cease to be a}

^{political subdivision of the Principality of Caledonia.}

^10.

^{The Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis:}

^10.1

^{The Commonwealth of Australia hereby changes its name to the}

  ^{Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis,}

^10.2

^{The Prince of Runnymede is hereby appointed as Prince Regent to the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis,}

^10.3

^{With the advice and consent of some of the citizens of the State of Sherwood, by their duly appointed representatives, the State of Sherwood is hereby appointed as a self-governing political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis,}

^10.4

^{Those of the citizens of the State of Sherwood who have not consented to the State of Sherwood becoming a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis, shall have the right to transfer their citizenship to an alternative sovereign State,}

^10.5

^{The existing website,  WWW.PRINCIPALITYOFCALEDONIA.COM, maintained by the Government of the State of Sherwood, shall, subject to the removal of any material that is false or misleading, be maintained as a neutral database by the Webmaster (Mark Eling), for the benefit of  all the Parties hereto, including the citizens of the State of Sherwood. Those of the citizens of the State of Sherwood who remain with the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis, shall have the right to inset onto the  home  page of the website, a reference point referring interested parties  to  a website or other contact points of the Commonwealth of Caledonia  Australis. Those of the citizens of the State of Sherwood who choose to leave the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis and become citizens of an alternative sovereign State, shall have the right to insert onto   the  home page of the website, a reference point referring interested parties to a website or other contact points of the alternative sovereign State.}

^11.

^{Dissolution of the State of Sherwood:}

^11.1

^{At midnight on 31st December, in the Year of Our Lord, Two thousand and One, the State of Sherwood shall merge into the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis, and shall cease to exist as a separate legal entity,}

^11.2

^{Upon that time and date, the citizens of the State of Sherwood shall be deemed to become citizens of the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis and the Commonwealth of British Israel,}

^11.3

^{Certificates of Citizenship issued to citizens of the State of Sherwood, erroneously describing them as citizens of the Principality of Caledonia, shall be deemed Certificates of Citizenship of the State of Sherwood. Upon the dissolution of the State of Sherwood, as aforesaid, those Certificates shall be deemed valid Certificates of Citizenship of the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis,}

^11.4

^{Certificates of Business Registration issued to citizens of the State of Sherwood, erroneously describing those businesses as registered in the Principality of Caledonia, shall be deemed Certificates of Business Registration of the State of Sherwood.  Upon the dissolution of the State of Sherwood, as foresaid, those Certificates shall be deemed valid Certificates of Business Registration in the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis,}

^11.5

^{It is hereby acknowledged and declared that the Government of the State of Sherwood did not have any authority at law to open or operate Bank accounts in the name of the Royal Bank of Caledonia, or to receive monies on deposit for investment in trading schemes, in the name of the Bank.}

^11.6

^{It is hereby acknowledged and declared that the Government of the State of Sherwood did not have any authority at law to register ‘The Principality of Caledonia’  as a business name and to operate bank accounts or otherwise trade under that business name.}

^12.

^{Dissolution of the Principality of Marlborough:}

^12.1

^{At midnight on 31st December, in the Year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and One, the Principality of Marlborough shall merge into the Principality of Runnymede, and shall cease to exist as a separate legal entity,}

^12.2

^{Upon that time and date, the citizens of the Principality of Marlborough shall be deemed to become citizens of the Principality of Runnymede and the Commonwealth of British Israel.}

^13.

^{Dissolution of the Principality of Brougham:}

^13.1

^{At midnight on 31st December, in the Year of Our Lord, Two thousand and One, the Principality of Brougham shall merge into the Principality of The Highlanders and shall cease to exist as a separate legal entity,}

^13.2

^{Upon that time and date, the citizens of the Principality of Brougham shall be deemed to become citizens of the Principality of The Highlanders and the Commonwealth of British Israel.}

^14.

^{Dissolution of the Government of Caledonia:}

^14.1

^{The Proclamation made the 31st August, in the Year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and One, by the Prince of Caledonia, dissolving the Government of the Principality of Caledonia, is hereby ratified,}

^14.2

^{The Proclamation made the 1st September, in the Year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and One, by the Prince of Caledonia, resigning from the Office of Lord High Chancellor of the United States of Australia and the Commonwealth of British Israel is hereby ratified,}

^14.3

^{It is hereby acknowledged and declared that the Prince of Caledonia did not sign any Proclamation creating the ‘State of Eldorado’ as a political subdivision of the Principality of Caledonia}

^15.

^{Passports and International Drivers Licenses:}

^15.1

^{Passports and International Drivers Licenses issued to citizens of the Commonwealth of British Israel shall be issued as passports of the Commonwealth of British Israel, but may be issued by the Governments of the Principalities of Caledonia, Ausfreeborough, The Hebrides, Runnymede, The Highlanders and the Commonwealth of Caledonia Australis}
