Summons issued by the Supreme Court. Page one of the Summons reads as follows:

“You [the State of Victoria] are summoned to attend before the Court on the hearing of an application by the Defendant [Fyffe] for [an] injunction against Warrant No. SP-97-011325-2 as follows:

Fax from Fyffe to the Chairman, United Nations Security Council.  The Security council passed the Fyffe material to the International Court.  H.R.H. the Prince of Caledonia briefed an associate of the President of the Court, making a taped statement and providing additional materials.  The President of the Court formed an ad hoc Committee, comprising himself and four other Justices of the Court.  According to an Australian Military Intelligence source, the Committee determined that the ‘Australian Government’ had a case to answer, and that the International Court of Justice should hear the Fyffe Case.

54. Undated Draft Affidavit of Fyffe.  The Affidavit was typed and sworn and served on the Victorian Government Solicitor.
55. Undated Draft Defence to Amended Statement of Claim.  The Solicitors then acting for Fyffe changed this document to admit that the Plaintiff was the registered proprietor of the subject land.

The Judgement of the Court of Appeal.

By this purported Judgement, the Victorian Court of Appeal suspended the Victorian Constitution.

Notes taken by Mrs. Judy Mastwyk at the hearing before the Victorian Court of Appeal.  Mr. Meehan of Counsel told the Court that when he appeared before Judge Ostrovski in the County Court, the Defendant in those proceedings, Patrick McNamara, calling himself the Minister for Agriculture and Resources, had tendered a Certificate recognizing Rigoli’s secession.  The ‘Government of Victoria’ recognized the Principality of Ponderosa as a separate legal entity when, on 1st March, 1999, a Sheriff’s Officer applied for a temporary Entry Visa to enter the Territory of the Principality.  By Treaty dated 3rd March, 1999, the Principality of The Hebrides ceded the land in dispute to the Principality of Tyrone.  By Proclamation dated 27th April, 1999, the land in dispute became part of the territory of a political subdivision of the Principality of Ponderosa.

Statement by Fyffe’s son, the “Fucking Hillbilly”.

By the military invasion of the Sovereign Territory of the Principality of Ponderosa, the assault on the “Fucking Hillbilly”, the arrest and imprisonment of Fyffe without trial, and the deprivation of the Fyffe family of their freehold, their livelihood, and their means of production without due process of law, the major War Criminals of the Australian Axis contravened the following principles of International Law:

-  Articles 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 33, 37, 55, 56, 73, and 74, of the Charter of United Nations, 1945,

- Articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 27, 33, 47, and 54 of the Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, 1949,

- Articles 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples, 1960,

- Articles 22, 29, 31, 37, and 44, of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, 1961,

- Articles 5 (b), (d) (iii), (v), and (e) (iii) of the International Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Racial Discrimination, 1963,

- Articles 1.1, 1.2, 1.2, 2, 4, 5, and 11 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, 1966, and

-  Articles 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 2, 5, 7, 9, 14, 15, 17, 26, and 50 of the International Convention on Civil and Political Rights, 1966.

The major War Criminals of the Australian Axis have, by their overt acts, confirmed and made good the Proclamations by H.R.H. the Prince of Caledonia.
